Clear Business Finance dedicated one of their senior account managers to work alongside the CNC SS Group Board. This was critical because we needed to understand their business at depth to be able to represent them accurately and attain the best terms.

We moved quickly and initially secured several Equipment Finance agreements through our panel of tier one lenders for the acquisition of numerous CNC machines. This enabled the CNC SS Group to fulfil new contracts and run at full capacity. Next, through the refinance and restructure of existing borrowing we were able to raise sufficient capital to fund the acquisition of several companies. The first Breckland Lasers the CNC SS Group had been outsourcing work to for many years and acquiring this business would again enable the group to increase their output. At the same time planning begun to acquire two further businesses, as due diligence was carried out one of the two targeted acquisitions was deemed unsuitable. Working with the CNC SS Group’s Board we helped to structure a financial package to successfully conclude the purchase of Archer Woodnutt Ltd. The terms delivered were highly competitive and allowed for a swift completion.

We continue to work with the CNC SS Group to secure funding for their ongoing needs. Our expertise has even allowed the client to acquire a business in Florida, USA.
