A highspeed traffic management company carrying out work on motorways & A roads, currently had a fleet of 11 vehicles which they were renting from a local supplier. They had recently been awarded new accreditations; thus, providing them with the potential to expand their operations. However, there were many factors to consider.
The shareholders began to explore the possibility of acquiring two additional DAF LF55’s trucks of their own. They ideally wanted to avoid renting due to the added deployment flexibility this would give the business. In addition, the associated fees had to also be taken into account ranged from the extra staff required to operate the vehicles, through to maintenance costs which they would now be responsible for as the registered owners. In order to curb the impending cash demands and forgo financial fatigue, they needed a solution.

Furthermore, as the vehicles were used and therefore had already experienced a large part of their depreciation curve, our client opted for an agreement which ensured their manageable monthly repayments would be contributing towards eventual ownership.
